Welcome to A G Insulation Services

We are a small family company with over 20 years experience in applying Polyurethane sprayed foam. I class myself as the finest in the field and pride myself on doing very tidy and efficient work.
We only use class one ISOTHANE Chemicals, widely regarded as the best Polyurethane on the market.

Uses

Polyurethane can be applied to most surfaces and gives a clean airtight finish. Work that we regularly undertake includes: Narrow Boats, Industrial and Agricultural Buildings and Domestic Properties. To eliminate condensation and provide a warm insulated surface.

Product Information

As highlighted in the table below, no other insulation material comes close when you compare thickness against the insulation value (the lower the “u-value”, the better the insulation)

u-value 0.16 u-value 0.20
Product Thickness in mm Thickness in mm
Polyurethane - 130 - 105
King span - 160 - 150
Celotex - 160 - 150
Rockwool - 270 - -----

DURATHERM® Stabilises and weatherproofs tiles or slates roofs by fixing down tiles, slates battens and nails. DURATHERM® is a closed cell insulation, meaning it can protect the roof from driving rain and wind whilst still allowing moisture vapour to pass through; retaining breathability in building environment

In both new and existing buildings, Polyurethane can be applied to the underside of: Steel, Aluminium or Asbestos roofs and walls to a specific thickness. A K-Value of 0.02w/mk gives unrivalled insulating benefits, reducing U-Value from ~6.0 w/m2K with as little as 75mm of Polyurethane. A U-Value of ~0.48 w/m2K is achieved with as little as 50mm thickness. All buildings are transformed into clean airtight environments for crop stores and workshops alike

    Boat and Marine

    Picture

Over the last 5 years Polyurethane has become the number one choice for boat insulation. Because the P.U is liquid as it is sprayed, it can be pushed into all the nooks and crannies thus eliminating cold spots and costly re-fits due to condensation and damp. With space often the priority, P.U is unrivalled for U-Value at limited depth
